Executive Leadership:

W. Craig Barber - Chief Executive Officer Craig joined Restaurant Growth Services, LLC as CEO in October 2017. His responsibilities include leadership for the O’Charley’s Restaurant + Bar and 99 Restaurant & Pub casual dining brands with over 240 restaurants in 24 states. He is also responsible for all support services for those brands. Craig began his restaurant career in 1983 with Shoney’s, Inc. after six years with Ernst & Young. Prior to his current role, he was a Denny’s franchisee and served for 10 years as Chair of the Denny’s Franchisee Association Board. In addition to serving on the boards for the operating businesses, Craig is proud to serve on the board of trustees for The Folded Flag Foundation.
Robert Langford -   Chief Concept Officer – O’Charley’s Robert ‘Bob’ joined O’Charley’s in January 2018 as Chief Marketing Officer. In August 2018 he transitioned to serve as Chief Concept Officer for the Village Inn and Bakers Square brands. In April 2019, he added Chief Concept Officer for O’Charley’s Restaurant + Bar to his responsibilities. He currently provides senior executive leadership for O’Charley’s 142 locations as to restaurant operations, marketing, culinary and training. Bob has served in brand-wide capacities as Chief Operating Officer for Shoney’s with 800 restaurants and Chief Marketing Officer for Denny’s with 1,600 restaurants. Bob also has experience as a franchisee and franchisee association board member for both of those brands.
Ashley Berland -   Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Ashley currently serves as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain, having joined Restaurant Growth Services, LLC. in April 2018. Her initial focus was managing the Village Inn and Bakers Square brands and in June, 2019, she assumed responsibility for the O’Charley’s brand supply chain. In June 2022, she assumed responsibility for the Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub supply chain. With more than 20 years of strategic supply chain experience, she is a proven tactical leader focused on driving sustainable cost reductions aligned with brand priorities. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science - Business Management with a Minor in Supply Chain and Logistics Management from Colorado State University. Ashley was previously the Director of Supply Chain for Famous Brands International and held supply chain positions at Boston Market and Einstein Bros. Bagels.
Kara Jacobs -   Chief Financial Officer Kara joined Restaurant Growth Services, LLC as Chief Financial Officer in October 2022. Kara is responsible for all financial management and information systems supporting the restaurant brands. Kara is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Tennessee at Martin along with a Master of Accounting from The University of Tennessee Knoxville. Kara was previously the Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. (revenues over $3 billion and over 660 restaurants). Prior to Cracker Barrel, she was Vice President and Corporate Controller at Bridgestone Americas and served for 13 years with Deloitte & Touche where she was a Managing Director.
Clint Lautenschleger -   Chief People Officer Clint serves as Chief People Officer, having joined Restaurant Growth Services, LLC in July 2021. He has over two decades of recruiting and human resources experience in restaurants, hospitality, retail and financial services. Like many in the restaurant industry, he began his career at McDonald’s where he served as crew leader and trainer before high school graduation. He was most recently Vice President of Human Resources Services for Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Inc. Clint earned a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior and Communication from Ohio State University.
